Individual Art Therapy Sessions

One-on-one creative support, shaped around you

FLUX offers mobile art therapy, meaning we come to you. Sessions can take place in the comfort of your home or another familiar setting, making therapy more accessible, relaxed, and flexible.

In-studio sessions are also available for those who prefer a quiet, dedicated space outside the home.

Wherever we meet, sessions are person-centred, trauma-informed, and shaped around what feels safe, creative, and supportive. We’ll move at your pace, exploring whatever you're navigating in a way that feels right for you.

Art Therapy for Adults

A space for reflection, expression, and reconnection

Art therapy can be a valuable way to process stress, grief, anxiety, trauma, or simply the overwhelm of day-to-day life. You don’t need to know what to say or make - together we’ll explore what feels helpful. Many adults find creative work opens up new ways of understanding their inner world, especially when words fall short. Whether you’re looking for support, self-awareness, or just a quiet space to reconnect, sessions are shaped around you.

FLUX supports both self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants

Art Therapy for Children & Teens

A creative outlet for big feelings and growing minds

Children and teens often find it easier to express themselves through art than through words alone. Art therapy provides a safe, structured space for young people to explore emotions, build confidence, and develop tools for resilience. Whether they’re navigating anxiety, neurodivergence, school stress, or social challenges, sessions are adapted to be developmentally appropriate and gently paced to meet them where they’re at.
