Hi, I’m Lexi
Art therapist and founder of FLUX
I’m a qualified art therapist and the person behind FLUX. I work with children, teens, and adults to explore life’s shifts and challenges through creative process. My approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and shaped around what feels safe and meaningful for you.
I don’t believe therapy has to feel clinical. It can be supportive, grounded, and quietly transformative.
At FLUX, creativity is part of how we reflect, unwind, and reconnect. You don’t need to be ‘good’ at art. You just need a little space to begin.

Qualifications
I hold a Master of Art Therapy from La Trobe University and am a registered art therapist (AThR) with ANZACATA. With a background in visual arts, I also bring extensive experience as a practising artist. I’m a professional member of the Australian Counselling Association, fully insured, and committed to ethical, person-centred care.

My Approach
Our work is shaped by what feels right and supportive to you. I’ll support you with care, curiosity, and respect for your experience.
Sessions are grounded in trauma-informed, person-centred values, using creativity as a way to explore, reflect and reconnect.
I value each person’s process and hold space for what unfolds with trust and openness.
Collaborative, and shaped around you
Why I love what I do
Art has always helped me make sense of things - to feel, process, and find my way through. That connection, shaped by years of creative practice, led me to this work.
I’ve supported people in community mental health and recovery settings, learning to show up with presence, creativity, and a deep respect for each person’s path.
