NDIS Participants Welcome
Group art therapy provides an opportunity to connect with others, explore shared themes, and create in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Sessions are gently facilitated with a focus on well-being, expression, and connection through the creative process.
You don’t need art experience - just a willingness to be present and explore alongside others.
Groups are designed around specific themes, like anxiety, life transitions, neurodivergence, or emotional regulation. Sessions often include time for art-making, reflection, and optional sharing. All materials are provided.
